Very pretty vivid blue viscose and silk blend devore velvet dress .

This is the cutest little bias cut dress with soft gathers under the bust and a soft flared skirt. 

The dress is by Laura Ashley and is a size 12 

It measures aprox 36 bust  , 30 waist and 38 hips and its 28 inches long from the v of the neck to the hem .
