Beautiful bias cut elegant purple velvet skirt. Really stunning and timeless , with a 1920s vibe. amazing quality and gorgeous  viscose and silk blend material. Fully lined. Extremely flattering as the bias cut skims and fits closely. Flares out at the bottom where the skirt has been panelled in a fishtail design and trimmed with delicate chiffon ruffles all around the front , back and hem. 

Measures  28 inch waist and 36 inch hips unstretched but the hips have a bit of give due to the bias cut. Laid flat , the length is approx 40 inches , but on the body would go a bit shorter, again , due to the bias cut. Manufacturers size 8.
