It has a belt but looks great with if without and a separate pretty lace bolero jacket for shoulder coverage.  

Scalloped edges show the beauty of the lace at the hem and sleeves of the jacket.  The lace is more heavily beaded on the front than the back where you can see more of the lace floral pattern 

The dress has a great weight and drapes beautiful , it us in very good second hand condition and is easily good enough for a special occasion. 

The dress is a UK size 14 and measures 42 bust,  40 waist and 46 hips when stretched out. Its a generous cut , with a bit of give and will fit up to a small 16 easily
