This jacket can be made to measure for you for the same price , but this ready to  wear one comfortably fits a size 12 UK person with a 36 bust and 30 waist. 

It measures slightly bigger when flat at 38 bust and 32 waist so there is a little flexibility for a larger 12 or small size 14 .
